Cloth Diapers

This could be one of my new favorite projects.  These have been challenging but just so adorable that it doesn't matter.  I've tried both some with pockets to use a triple folded cloth insert, and I've make a few that have snaps to secure in a  cloth pad. The real test will come when we try a few on my nephew next weekend. So until we have a dry, or wet run, here are some pictures of what I've been up to.

Today

Finished the day out pretty strong. Aside from teaching dance of course I spent the day doing alterations. I've moved, tapered, taken in, let out, and hemmed up all of the clothes for my husband. He finally(and has been patiently waiting) has at least a portion of a new wardrobe!  If you know where he works you might see some new items modeled over the course if this week👔👖👍

Tomorrow... Bridal clutches!!

New Set Up

One of the best things that has happen somewhat recently is getting to be apart of the Starpath Dance Academy. I started teaching there this fall couldn't tell you how much I've enjoyed the people, staff, and kids there.  I can not wait for the recital so I hope to see you all there!

And now the studio has something else I love. I have a small cute set up of handbags there. (see somewhat less glamorous photo below).  It's really sweet of them to let me set this up, so while you're watching the little ones dance you can take a closer look at what I do.
It's been a great year and I love that all of my passions are starting to collide together. So thank you Starpath!

And of course thanks for all you're support!

You could see this around town...

I just completed a flyer or poster if you want to call it that for costumes and alterations.  You could see this around town or at the dance studio...but here's a sneak peak at it first.

Aside from my love for dance, I grew up
sewing and designing along side my mom and
grandma. After pursuing a career in fashion
I have finally merged my two loves. Dance
     and sewing.

I have been design and making costumes in
the area for the past three years and long
before that when living in Ohio.

We did the best we could helping you
order, but if you still need some
alterations done to your costume (or
  regular clothes) please contact me.

The easiest way to reach me would be email.
So grab a business card and let me know how
  I can help.

And while you have the card, feel free to
check out my website for more information on
alterations, design work, or visit my Etsy
store for a glimpse at my unique one of a
kind handbags.
Thanks!
Miss Cassie
