Everyone could use a Get A Way weekend with the Girlfriends. Pam, Marilyn, Judy, Jill, Linda and Betsy were lucky enough to have that happen a few weekends ago. And this trip was even more special than the last since one of them was also celebrating their retirement. Not to mention the weddings, grand babies, and other special events that have taken place during the year. MAGNETS!!

I have found a new love... Making handmade fabric magnets. I've been using magnetic boards for years now instead of peg boards. Mainly because I didn't have a peg board. So I've taken a liking to magnets, especially the strong ones that actually hold up more than one piece of paper. These are my cute, unique, interesting, fabric, handmade, strong magnets.

It is wedding season and I'm really excited about it. I have just finished making handbags for an outdoor wedding. They are beautiful. She did an absolutely wonderful job picking out colors and theme for her wedding so I'll have to give the compliments to her. So congrats on your marriage and here's to a wonderful wedding day!!
