The OLIVE bag (under my Cassandra Donovann title) is the beginning of a partnership between my Cassandra Donovann craft and Little Dresses for Africa. Little Dresses for Africa is a non-profit organization which distributes dresses made out of pillow cases through orphanages, churches and schools in Africa. So how this works...Cassandra Donovann will be donating one pillow case dress to Little Dresses for Africa for each OLIVE pillow case bag you purchase.  The bag is made of of a pillow case as is the dress, linking the two together. 

Each bag is still unique and one of a kind...just different than my other bags seen as how you get to also dress a child.  I can't tell you how excited I am to partner with Little Dresses for Africa.

Go Green Placemats

I just got back from vacation with the family!  My little niece and nephew were there (ages 2 and 4) always looking for things to do.  So, knowing we'd be going out to eat and trying to enjoy each others company on the back porch I made them a "p-prize" as they would say.  

The reversible, reusable place mats!! This double sided place mat is 18" x12". One side is an easy to clean oil cloth print.  While the other is a Chalkboard.  You can roll up this and take it anywhere and there is a coordinating zipper pencil case to go with it.  I'm now taking orders.  The pouch may differ but will still coordinate with the teal stripes or red cherries.  For the next two weeks they will be only $20 plus cost to ship.  

Please let me know how many and where you'd like them sent! They will make great gifts or surprises for the little ones.  They got mine as we were sitting down at a dinner out on the town.  We wiped off the drawing with a napkin and flipped the place mat over when the food arrived.

I have continued to post new products online through Etsy.  A few of the bags are very geometric and bright.  They turned out to be a bright, bold statement, which some of you I know like to make.  I've been spending a lot of time working on a new line to launch hopefully by the first of August so please check back with me then!  So for the next few weeks, shop Etsy, swim, and try not to sweat through every shirt.

Summer Goal
